I did answer the question. There are other investors and insiders who control shares that are less than 5% that would make them a beneficial owner and listed in that total. I do believe Mr. Brochstein would get a better answer to his question by contacting the company directly so they can break it down for him than he would by asking people on a message board. He might even be able to contact the T/A and they might be able to give him a better answer than anyone here. Either he will get a satisfactory answer or he won't.
