Lol! That's why it is called a "hypothesis"-- because it is a proposed explanation and not proven. If EFH had any major relevance in the stock market then the term "undervalued" would not exist. And it fails to take into consideration the motivation (whether going long or short) or the knowledge level (how much DD) of the investors.

In terms of Ironridge, might want to get updated on the latest hearing...two judges have stated that IR has no damages to claim.

There will not be huge strides for SVFC to overcome as it competitively positioned as the only company with a US Patent for Stem Cell Technology that does not require enzymes for separation, which is a key component in safety, and is in the final stages of the International Patent grant.

Patient safety is the bottom line for any Stem Cell Treatment. I would prefer a safe treatment over a "timely" one.

"Dilution"?--some, but with an O/S at approx. 300mil, much less than many other pennies.
