That would be the logical conclusion for many accredited investors who look for integrity as a necessity to share their resources in the form of purchasing shares of the company. In the same way, if the company cannot find the best and most talented senior executives, one can only imagine they have made the same conclusion and are hesitant to share their resources in terms of time and energy.
