Already see the damage control creeping in. Now instead of it being a settlement of the lawsuit as stated for the last week or more, it will only involve this one issue. Is yet another desperate effort to try and sell shares now giving way to an attempt to simply save face? So to the outright failure of the Rapid Revenue Program, The Great Wall of China ruse, the $100 million horse phr manure, the Peace Talks nonsense, and other vapor capers too numerous to mention, will we soon add the lawyers-from-all-over-the-country-complete-with-congratulations settlement meeting?

Anyone care to guess where the stock price will be by the end of the week?
