I share the frustration. I have been in contact with Nick via email many times asking the same type questions. I encourage you to do the same as you or anyone else will not believe what is said on these boards. I choose to believe in what Nick is doing in positioning this company for future success. The Lactose Patent will be huge, someone will want to buy this out, You will hear from others on this board that there are plenty of other Lactose medicine out there but you have to decide whether or not you believe them or believe in what your research tells you. Please do not listen to anyone on this board. I believe what some are saying as I have communicated with the Company. Please remember that Nick cannot just blatantly lie when he tweets about the OS and AS #'s. CEO's can communicate by Twitter now days and be held accountable period no matter what others say to you on this board. This is where it is because Nick was over anxious and communicated without knowing the delays in retail sales. IMO if you start bashing this stock that you own it will just feed the Bears.
