Robert has 20+ years of technology staffing and IT consulting services experience. Robert is responsible for Cloudeeva’s long-term business growth strategy as it continues to scale dramatically. He has an extensive background in new business development, building channel-partner relationships, and building, leading and motivating world-class sales organizations. Prior to Cloudeeva, Robert served as a senior vice president and managing partner of Divergent Resources, Inc., a technology services company. Prior to joining Divergent Resources, Kaleta has had a distinguished career leading the sales and business development efforts of large technology services and staffing organizations including Ajilon Consulting, Technisource and Robert Half Technology.
