I've read them. I still don't see where the .68 is for the common shares.

I'm just posting my interpretation. It's says .68 is for the preferred. Doesn't say anything about the common, which leads me to beleive the .68 isn't for the common. Last two deal similar to this left a lot of bag holders. See MTDX and IDWD. Outstanding Shares: 38,769,655
