Companies don't have to deal with hucksters
They can put a business plan in a virtual room and have a parade of accredited investors read the plan and write checks. ... 50 k is a cutoff point as lesser amount investments have to share their interest with the house ... Over 50 k no cost to company and no cost to the investor .
