Back to back acquisitions, redesign of reporting functions
Based on its excellent reputation in the industry and special expertise with acquisitions and mergers, Singularis was retained by Viridis Energy Inc. (Virdis), a soft wood pellet manufacturer and distributor located in the Okanagan Valley of B.C., to prepare all financial reports required to complete two, back to back, acquisitions. Singularis not only met the extremely tight time lines, but also aligned the reporting functions of the three distinct companies and the acquisitions were closed successfully to the greatest satisfaction of Virdis.
Compilation of incomplete data
When a team of auditors in Perth, Australia, was unable to compile financial statements for Mercator Gold Australia Pty. due to gaps in the source data, Singularis was called upon and, pooling on its in deep understanding of accounting systems and financial reporting, efficiently and accurately compiled the information and reported auditable results, which enabled its client to complete the acquisitions of over 30 million dollars in mineral assets and properties to expand into a new market.
Reverse-mergers
Singularis is well equipped to support local initiatives into emerging sectors, as it has in the past. Over the last 5 years, Singularis has assisted numerous emerging corporations with team players scattered around the globe to become public issuers by preparing all financial reports required to complete the reverse-mergers and access equity funding. Post transactions, Singularis guided the newly appointed management through the first few months of being a public issuer. Three of these corporations have since established their strong presence in various provinces of China:
GC China Turbine Corp., a manufacturer of 2-bladed wind turbines with manufacturing facilities in Hubei Province, China;
China Tel Group (now VelaTel Global Communications, Inc.), a holding company of telecommunication carriers throughout the world, with manufacturing facilities in Fujian Province, China, and;
SolarEnertech Corp., a designer of advanced photo-voltaic modules with manufacturing facilities in Shanghai, China
