Sig, I am glad that you understand the investors were behind the salary restriction, and most likely the grid note. However, doesn't the fact that B&L had to be reigned in tell you something about their integrity? And, without full transparency how does anyone know how much they took in salary/bonus in 2013? They could have taken as much as they did last year already, making the salary reduction symbolic only.

A lot of things needed to have changed in 2013 for 2014 to reach its potential, and none of the changes have occurred.
