Too many shares out is not a rumor!
When IMSC misses deadlines by years more and more shares
keep getting granted too DMRJ and IMSC managment team.
When IMSC gets bought out for $1.20 if they are lucky,managment
will have new jobs with and stock ooptions in the aquiring company.
