You needed to do DD much better than 2005. LifeTree and Elite went up to 2008 with many studies/trials PRs posted info on Elite's website. Following Purdue's decision not to Partner, Elite had no monies to continue. Trellus Hedge Fd made a hostile takeover attempt in 2009 and the PPS collapsed when Elite voluntarily delisted to the OTC BB from the Amex. Enter Jerry Treppel as Chairman/CEO and the Epic $3.75 mil partnership in 2009 thereby stopping Trellus's hostile takeover. Now fast forward to Nov 2013 where the 16 person 12 Hr ER ELI216 Oxy/Nal is set to launch on Dec 5,2013.
