Seems like the Crooks give Politicians pretty stiff competition when it comes to stealing our hard earned money. Following up on "pursuing the issue" questions; What is our knowledge base? 1)How closely can we tie down the geographic location of any subject properties? 2)Has anyone physically observed any of the purported leases? 3)Has anyone determined if local recording of any lease exists? 4)Has anyone determined State administrative participation in any aspect of operations? 5)Are any Federal or State investigations underway with respect to laws, rules and/or regulations covering financial, operational, environmental, etc., etc.? Do we have a quarterback if desire to pursue exists?
