Contractor Responsibilities

CB I really appreciate your lesson on Contractor-Subcontractor responsibility. After 39 years working on Risk Management and Risk Transfer programs on contracts much bigger and much more complicated than this simple contract with CSM I find I have been wrong for decades. Time to hang it up go to Baja pronto and see if I can figure out how to catch fish for the rest of my life.
