homer .. the pps already tanked from 9.50 on the day before the secondary announcement (already posted comment on the selling going on via insider info) to 9.18 at end of day. Another drop followed AH to 8.90. This ralready represents a .60 drop or 7.5 %.
When you predict a seconary offering-related drop on Fri or Mon, are you counting this in?
Also note that AH drop already abated at 7PM and actually reversed by 8PM.
Add to this the usual pps build-up to the Retail Investor Conference on Dec 5, and we might just see no more than the .60 drop.
