Fred Scott, I concur with this to a point. If the legal wrangling was so perverse as it appeared due to them unable to make a deal among themselves, then this would speak to an overall Stipulation of sorts. They almost had to get an actual court decision on the bank account names for the so call ITRs split.

If they made one agreement, that would tell me they made some sort of deal with "pulling" of the appeal ten days before the final briefs were due which happened first or very close to the same window of time.
