Feasibility studies are the last stage prior to going into production, looking at all the social, environmental, transport, power usage/availability, infrastructure economics and implications associated with a known mineral resource over a defined life of mine and factoring in the costs of close down and site remediation.

Before you can do this you need to define a reserve and before that define a resource. Realistically you're looking at 5 to 10 years of continuous work to get to the FS stage once the drills begin to turn.
