I'm pretty sure the address and name get listed somehow. I do recall my wife opening
Amazon share holder package a got really mad at me when she found out how many shares
Of amazon I own..boy it was tough to explain. Yes they also list how many shares you own too sometimes in that package. It's scary. So I have all my stocks related mail set up to a box office now..hehe heads up guys..

And I never recall signing or authorizing any of those company to do this.
