I think the reason why they won't release FINS is because of the cost & they probably have a ton of debt & possible a "on going concern"

They may be making money, but it's probably a low margin, start up business struggling to find money to fund operations, payroll, expansion ect. They will use the pink sheet to try to stay alive.

The last hint of a balance sheet showed about 6 million in negative SH equity, which many times means "on going concern". This may not be the case, but it sure looks that way.

Many times when a stock won't move on good news it's because behind the scenes, things are not good.
