This is where I see the big play in MMJ. Invest in the companies that are going to provide quality control over the product for the governments they are working with it. I believe EDXC will be one of those main players. Not only distribution, but quality control.

You can grow penicillin all you want, if you cannot produce proper quality, cheaper just to buy off the shelf with a Rx!
