You do realize that IF shares are being used to pay for the PR firm, land, etc.. they would be restricted for a certain amount of time? Very unlikely they would be available to sell immediately. And this wouldn't be dilution from the company. It would be someone selling their restricted outstanding shares into the float. If the company raises the Authorized shares and dilutes for cash and pisses it away then I would be mad about dilution. If they use shares for growing (literally) the company, and these shares can not be sold for some time, then I am not worried about it.
