Nrcmedia - I have to say that some of your worries are understandable.


At this point the fed has spoken that it will stand back and let things take place while stores comply on a state level.

Now, this leads to a greater crackdown on stores operating outside of those guidelines. Most, if not all of these raids between California and Colorado have been on shops who are breaking state laws. I don't doubt it has also seen a small share of innocents affected.


Do you think the first liquor stores weren't open to insane legal scrutiny?

Do you see where liquor stands on the economic totem pole?


This will see intense legal regulation before the fed will trust it.
