Agreed, no way I can pass up the risk vs reward here - this info gets around and KCKC sees a dime on it alone.

I think the "effective" float is even smaller than 4.5 million. 10 cents was hit earlier on the year on just 15,000 shares and then 20 cents was on the ask! Simply no shares here.
