The BIOPLASTICS business is, of course, a matter of regulatory concern. That is just what I think and coincides with how we set this up. I do see that business as go forward with the required EU going forward. As my valuation here did not include any incremental value for possible future.

Do throw in the regulatory uncertainty, and I got cold feet. I may very well have been to timid here and may reconsider. I never sold Cereplast too early, too. NOW starting to reach critical mass, so NOW is when investors we are most likely to benefit.

I am not price-sensitive in all things, so that if a position converges on where I see value, I buy regardless of whether or not the anticipated event actually happened or not.

But it is given to human beings who work hard at it - who look and sift the world for a misplaced bet - that they can occasionally find one. As the patents and M&A potential are attractive, smartly pointed out, the company has gone nowhere (to this point) despite these things. The reason you should be excited is that laws have started to be (and will continue to be) enacted that make CERP's products a must-buy. In my opinion, this is the single most significant event in the company's history (and future).

As securities when prices are close to their downsides and when a specific corporate event will unlock value and returns our capital regardless of the movement of the broader market.

I believe that safe, consistent investment returns are generated by uncovering small durable inefficiencies in the market that cause the market price and intrinsic value of a company to diverge.

Cereplast resins are certified biodegradable and compostable by BPI (Biodegradable Products Institute) and have comparable or superior performance characteristics to conventional plastics and return to nature quickly and safely.
