Tink - This company has made significant progress since July 2013. I was not in the stock during the P&D, but the people that I know suffered through it and are still standing. I have asked all Bob Schneiderman the questions that you presented and many, many more. If you read my post from Sunday, which a few here asked to be stickied, you will find many answers there.

Bob will pre-pay the convertibles before they are due. China will happen very soon, just waiting on the product registration, which is less than 60 days away.

I strongly disagree with your "dead money" opinion.

I need to catch a flight..so can't spend much time on this.
