Depends how the deal is structured. That's the big unknown. They do the reverse split lets say at 1/10 you own 10000 shares at 66 cents. Now u own 1000 shares at 6.60' then they further dilute you by giving 60% to cocrystal. Ur further diluted. They gave very sketchy details.
