That's the first time I have seen wording in a suspension notice specifically directed at promotional materials. With all the recent suspensions, it looks like the SEC is trying to take out that side of the equation. They won't get them all, but I'd be damn nervous about playing promotions these days -- and I sure wouldn't hold overnight.

Do I really have to tell you these are my opinions and that you should do your own DD? You're not gonna' listen anyway ...
