The other places that are out, HJOE is focused on raising capital, if they cant get shipments out to all these "other" places, what exactly do you think they are doing to raise capital.
1)product-sales=capital thats an encouraging process
2)no product to ship=no generation of capital (and pissed of vendors)=no money.....
