As are most of us, lucvuillermoz. We have our hopes, prayers and begging strips out there.
The Congress is not going to allow this program to go forward in it's proposed state.
The cost is WAY to high and the need for other forms of protection are many. Much can be done by funding less expensive protections versus putting so much of the budget in one area.
Sad to say it and equally sad to see it, but Congress is going to shut this down before it profits us.
