DABOSS: I am not asking you to quote someone else's third hand supposed talk with Robert Putnam. I want to know what you say about the covenants of the Series D CP shares which require another registration of shares on or before 6/30/03.

You have very cleverly skirted the issue by re-posting someone else's post.

Are you saying that you are unaware of the covenants of the Series D CP shares? Or, are you aware but avoiding the discussion with an obvious diversion?

It's important that you answer since you have historically held yourself out as one of the EDIG board gurus and that people look to for information.

So, what do you have to say about the registration requirement set forth in the Series D CP shares? Do you admit that such an agreement exists? Or, do you claim ignorance of this issue?
