If these allegations about Cousens are indeed true, (if he is indeed responsible for a very big list of shameless lies), the company could hold liability for his actions as Cousens was/is an affiliate of the company who was raising funds, taking notes from the company in exchange for cash and potentially advising the company on these matters.



You know who else could be liable? You and the individual who gave you and the other shareholders material non public information for the purpose of trading. Now this is how I know all you claim to know is nothing but BS. Because no one in their right mind would publicly admit to trading on the basis of information they received from an insider or affiliate or whatever you choose to call it.

The only reason you are boldly stating these "facts" is because they are of your own making hence no real grounds for holding you responsible for what could otherwise be an offense.
