I have been watching those numbers in the manner that you are. I also see areas on the chart where it looks like "dilution". But the TA and the filings don't show this.

So eventhough OTCBB tracking has the usual MM diluters with activity........I can't explain what is going on here.

So to answer your question "Do I believe the TA?". Well it is DD the best I can do with it. A Pink. The rhetorical question is "where do you find out? The unaudited filings?
