"resolution to this matter" to mean a settlement and licensing agreement leading to millions of dollars and not the standard english reading being "resolution to this matter" referring to the issues involved 3 lines previous regarding the subject of the hearing: "Plaintiff’s Motion to Strike Walgreens’ Supplemental Invalidity Contentions"
Again, as I've said all along, Walgreens will drag out each and every step of this process and make every step of the way slow and expensive. Because they can afford to. MMRF cannot
