The other part of you theory which could be true Wawh
is that Cytogenix has been working on small pox for better than a year maybe longer for all we know.

So there goes the "it takes years to get something approved".
Could they have had a head start?

By the by I know about phase trials and fast trac and such.
Normally it does take years.

This is not such a bad theory Wawh except what is holding
everything up? Something is. No doubt about that.
