Even Argentina is going to pay shareholders something re the Repsol nationalization. The U.S. should do the same.



I believe Repsol also suffered expropriation in Venezuela and Bolivia but both countries went the legal way, as per their own Constitutions. Only Argentina did not assess the market value of the assets taken, something that appears to be changing.

Believe it or not, Chavez and Evo Morales provided fair compensation!
