Metatron/i-Mobilize (MRNJ) New App Contract Signed and Relax Mega-App Milestone

Our app division i-Mobilize was contracted this week to develop an messaging service app similar to Snapchat but with a unique twist and advanced security features. Metatron will receive revenue share and a percentage ownership, and more apps are being negotiated as part of a larger overall deal.

The private messaging service turned down a $3 billion acquisition from Facebook and may still be negotiating a large investment from Asian messaging giant Tencent that would presumably value it even more richly. It's users are receiving more than 400 million pictures a day and has a growing user base centered on teens and young adults."-ReadWrite

i-Mbilize recently soft-launched our new Gary Zukav app onto iTunes. After feedback from customers we expect to do one minor update before the app starts getting promoted by Zukav's team.

As mentioned in a recent blog, we are continuing to see a moderate ramp-up in downloads and sales as we approach the holiday season and we are averaging about 8 apps a day grossing in the USA this month via a once a day snapshot. In keeping with the season, app Economy think-tank Flurry has a new blog out recently with an App gifting theme.

Like it or not, more and more consumers are preferring content gift wrapped as mobile apps as opposed to traditional formats. This trend shows no signs of slowing this year or for the foreseeable future. Good thing, since conceiving and creating timeless Apps is something Metatron specializes in.
