First off i just want to say thank you for taking the time to call and let the board know what is going on.

Let me understand. He is waiting for a couple weeks to file and get the compnay current again.?

That doesn't make any sense. I can uderstand holding back and strategically put out PR's, but not the fillings.

So i hope i just am not understanding, as if he is going to put out the fillings now, let the stock breath and go up, then put out some well timed PR's, then I'm on board, but there is no letting the stock PPS breath as it stands currently....lol
