Completely bankrupt dormant shell. It started on TSX. It actually was an investment trust. Supposed to meet a higher standard of earnings and reduced risk. Had to even make money and pay divvies. Well it's a long story someon should research and write sometime but in short he had many entities including privately owned ones that did business with the public one. In the end it went to zero. He is still a gazilliare.

And yes it traded in both exchanges but I think the OTC was late in the game
