I talked to nevada Sos about that myself and they said the date will be changed soon, that it was the next step or something. so let's see. big thanks to all you guys for providing the contact number and stuff, good stuff! by the way an interesting point -- the nevada SOS disclaimer says they won't be held accountable for timing of information, in so many words they say it is because they are only human. my point is some times when companies go inactive with nevada, or when filings are late, its often because nevada is running behind. pretty ridiculous if you ask me.. considering it can lead to sell offs and a decline in share price (market cap) for a company.
