Is a QCOM licensed handset mfg restricted from using a non- Qualcomm licensee as a baseband supplier?

My guess is probably not as a condition of their license. If so, then the POS would really have an anti-trust case. However, any company using Q's baseband chips would have to think long and hard about jeopardizing their current relationships.

In fact, didn't the Koreans publicly voice how they were worried about losing Q as a supplier if they sourced others?
