I've followed this company for about a yr & a half, both as shareholder and as a customer. I must admit I was drawn in by the COSTCO reputation.

Once again, today's announcement is not decisive, just wishy washy as in MAYBE.

IMHO mgmnt & the Bd/Dir (one and the same) has delayed releasing up to date financials in order to keep the stock price very low so that debt conversions into stock would be most generous to the debt holders (again mgmnt and Bd/Dir).

There can be no valid excuse for withholding financials, which have been promised time and again, to no avail.

Maybe we get to see the numbers after the conversion of debt.
