DABOSS: What do you think the impact will be on the share price when EDIG files another S-3 to register several million more common shares on or before 6/30/03?

Do you think the holders of the Series D CP shares will short the stock before covering with even cheaper conversion shares? If they do short the stock, do you think the share price will go down?
