Amanda, Peter has told investors for years that I was the reason his business was failing. I constantly received calls and emails from investors stating that Michaels was blaming me for Hop-On's failures. That is a scary thought, as I do not need people who have lost their life savings looking for revenge against me. Peter does not even care that he is putting his own son in danger by doing this.

It would be to my benefit to NOT post the truth and maybe then Peter would pay his child support. However, in the past, when Peter has received large sums of money, it has went to sue me not only in family court, but in civil court on behalf of Hop-On. Peter has not won any of his claims, because they are baseless or outright false.

I have also been told by others that Peter has tried to bribe them by offering shares of Hop-On if they will write false declarations against me.
