Well it is insignificant my friend, as they have only done that with 3.5 million shares out of the 102 million shares traded today. When they start "dipping 2 ticks down like that throughout the day", then there would be cause for concern.

Oh yeah, it should be pointed out that the trade at .0002 was on the Bid as .0002 was the Bid at that time so they didn't drop 2 ticks.
