are you saying that private equity groups which would in most cases meet this criteria don't invest in startups??? or companies that need money??? If so completely disagree...many companies get infusions of cash from Private Equity firms and individual investors based on solid business plans, etc. Otherwise only very rich people would be able to start companies on their own.
