Don't take this the wrong way but you seem very well informed. Do you still have someone on the inside feeding you information? Have you heard anything regarding the auction / sale process?

The main question regarding Peterson or any other party would be how much dilution does the existing shareholder base suffer due to their intervention? We know the company overdrew its line with capsource. One must assume that any solution for this company except immediate sale will require raising capital. Just as there was a question posed at one time if capsource was collecting its fees in the form of shares, the issue arises again as to how many shares will be outstanding when all is said and done. I think we can still work with the 200 million max but that is four times the 50 million we have now.

This could still lead to a dollar a share value even at 200 million shares without much effort. This all still requires that someone be successful in removing the blessed board of directors.
