That's exactly it. MM's are controlling level 2 in penny land. I would wait to go in if you're on the fence. I don't see this stock in the last quarter going through the holidays will be on everyone's list to buy pot equipments and tax season will encourage everyone to sell their high risk stocks. If will need major news to take this to .09 and sustain at that level again around this time.
