I got burned back when the company seemed to appear to be doing serious work in Detroit... perhaps under the ill fated city council idea to spend money attracting the film industry. Apparently the City of Detroit and Atwell think very much alike.

I learned in junior high school about how multiplication is called a direct relationship and division is called an indirect relationship. So I won't call Atwell a liar but I will say he may not be untruthful to say he has no "direct" control over the stock price at the same time he issues billions of shares.

It was easy to see his shares sell for flat nothing on www.otcbb.com. He would refuse to admit it, but the bid was 0.0000 and the ask was 0.0001. With countless billions of shares for sale at 0.0001 many people decided to not wait in line for their turn with the next sucker for cash and simply gave their shares to the market makers at 0.0000. You could see those trades no matter what Atwell says. And the market makers didn't want them so those go on sale at 0.0001 and that makes the problem worse.

Atwell has had so many stock symbols for this company, I doubt I found them all when I saw 3 of them. I'm sure he wants to change the ticker yet again and find new fools. He could use the money to disappear in Europe again. He likes the Con's Festival. Opps. I mean Cannes Festival.
