The Water Cooler

An Irish girl tells her mother and father she wants to go to America for a few months, to see what it's like. They eventually agree to let her go.

When she comes back from her trip, they happily greet her and ask her what she did while she was there.

She tells them, "I became a prostitute."

The mother gasps and screams, "YOU DID WHAT?!?!?!"

She tells her again, "I became a prostitute."

The mother replys, "Oh, thank heavens, I thought you said you became a Protestant."
