There is a lot of speculation as to what happened in court on Friday. As I am the plaintiff in the case, I can tell you that Peter asked and received a two week continuance. It is true that Michaels told both the DA and the Judge that I was interfering with his business, although I am not sure which business venture he is talking about. Michaels also claimed his child had been in the hospital sick, and that is why he had not been paid..

The week before, Michaels called me and asked me to not talk with anyone, and to "back off." He claimed he was closing a big deal that week, and he would be paying what is before the court, as well as his entire 180k arrears. Yes, I laughed when he made that promise, too. When he didn't follow through, and started lying to the court, I shouldn't have been surprised.

What was surprising was that Michaels called me five minutes after leaving the court and asked me to meet him for coffee. Michaels proceeded to tell me he wanted to get along, and has never told any shareholder anything bad about me, or blamed me for anything. Obviously I did not meet Michaels anywhere. Although he did assure me his deal was done, and there was no way I could mess it up.

Let me be clear, I do not know what deal Peter is talking about, so any statements claiming I have interfered in Hop-On business are false. As a shareholder and note holder, I would love to be repaid the debt I am holding.
